Syncio remains free if there are less than 10 orders with synced products from the Destination Store in a month.* Source Stores have a performance-based plan, based on orders with synced products for each monthly billing cycle.
At the end of each month, your tier is automatically determined based on orders with synced products during the billing cycle.

Why do I have to select a plan when I first install?
When installing you'll need to select a plan to continue to your free trial. Don't worry, you won't be charged until the end of the 14 days.
Who pays for Syncio?
Source stores will run on a monthly performance-based plan. The Destination store pays a monthly subscription plan, see more details here.
What happens when I reach the next plan tier of order with synced products?
Syncio will automatically update your plan when each tier is met. At the end of the 30 day billing cycle, we’ll let you know which plan tier you were on for that cycle and this will be billed automatically.
What is an order with synced products?
When a Destination Store receives an order that contains at least one product that has been synced from your Source Store, this is considered an order with a synced product. Although one order could have multiple synced products sold within it, this will still only count as one order for your monthly billing count
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that Syncio isn't right for you business all you need to do is uninstall the app from your store.
