# Uninstalling Syncio (WooCommerce)

Learn how to remove API keys for a WooCommerce / Wordpress account

To remove and uninstall Syncio from your WordPress/ WooCommerce store. Follow the steps in both sections 1 and 2.

**Note:** Uninstalling Syncio is not reversible and will remove any Syncio specific settings and product sync records.

# **Section 1: Uninstalling Syncio**

1. Log into your Syncio account via:
   - [https://app-v2.syncio.io/login](https://app-v2.syncio.io/login)
   - When prompted enter your email and password

2. Click your account name (store URL) in to the top right corner.

*Alternatively, click the settings button on the left navigation panel.

3. Click the **"Manage"** link under **Account details**.

4. Scroll to the bottom of your Account details page and click on the **Uninstall** button to the uninstall process.

5. Follow the prompts and Syncio will be removed from your store. Your account details will also be deleted as well.

6. If you had a destination store account with us, your billing will also be cancelled after the installation.

Once uninstalled, your previous Syncio subscription will be automatically cancelled.

# **Section 2: Revoking Syncio API keys after WooCommerce uninstall**

To remove the remaining Syncio components you will need to revoke your old Syncio API consumer keys in your **WordPress** admin.

1. Log into your WordPress admin.

2. On the sidebar to the left, click on **WooCommerce** and then **Settings**.

3. Click the **Advanced** tab **.**

4. Click the **REST API** link.

5. Find the Syncio API and click on Revoke to remove your Syncio API keys
