Will Syncio work with my POS?

If it is Shopify POS and is set up on the source store, then yes it will work with Syncio. Orders from POS are recognized like an online order and will trigger Syncio to sync that inventory adjustment to the connected stores.

Normal conditions apply to your Shopify POS for Syncio to work properly:

Order contains synced product(s)

If the POS is set up on the destination store it will not trigger an inventory update as POS orders are fulfilled and archived right away which closes the door for Syncio.

Please note that local pickup shipping method through POS is not compatible with Syncio currently.
